Notice of full year results publication

Nexus Infrastructure plc, a leading enabler of energy transition by delivering
sustainable infrastructure, announces that the publication of its results for
the financial year ended 30 September 2022, will now be released in early
January 2023 and not on 9 December 2022 as previously announced. This is due
to the additional time required to complete the Company's final results, audit
and annual report. A revised date will be announced once confirmed.

Results for the full year remain in line with the Group's trading update
published on 26 October 2022.
