** Defence components manufacturer secures technology transfer license from Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO)

** License allows co to make "modular bridging system" in India and sell in select regions for 10 years – Nibe

** Adds license includes exclusive rights to supply system to Indian Armed Forces and other government agencies

** Trading vols 132k shares vs. 30-day avg of ~117k shares

** Stock up 4% since listing in February 07 2025
