Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that on 1 June 2026 Andrew Milne, PDMR and Chief Executive Officer, exercised options over 1,205 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the Company's 2023 3-year Save As You Earn Scheme (the 2023 "SAYE" Scheme), at an exercise price of 896 pence per Ordinary Share. The exercise of options was satisfied by the transfer of 1,205 Ordinary Shares from the Nichols Employee Share Ownership Trust.
As a result of the above transaction, Andrew Milne's interest in the Company is 115,202 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.31% of the issued share capital.
