Nichols plc, the soft drinks company, announces that it was notified on 16 August 2019 that Marcella Kain, PDMR transferred 2,516 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to her husband, Darren Kain for nil consideration.
Following the transaction, their combined beneficial holding in the Company remained unchanged at 2,516 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
