Notice of Investor Presentation

Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, is pleased to announce
that Andrew Milne, Chief Executive Officer, and David Rattigan, Chief
Financial Officer, will provide a live presentation relating to
its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2022 via the Investor
Meet Company platform on Friday 3(rd) March 2023 at 10am GMT.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
