Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Nichols plc will announce Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June
2022 on Wednesday 27(th) July 2022. A presentation for sell-side analysts will
be held on the morning of the announcement. Please email

Andrew Milne, Chief Executive Officer, and David Rattigan, Chief Financial
Officer, will provide a live presentation via the Investor Meet Company
platform at 8.30 am BST on Thursday 28(th) July 2022. The presentation is open
to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted
pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before
