Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, will announce its Interim
Results for the half year ended 30 June 2024 on Wednesday 24(th) July 2024.

Andrew Milne, Chief Executive Officer, and Richard Newman, Chief Financial
Officer, will provide a live presentation via the Investor Meet Company
platform at 1.00pm BST on Thursday 25(th) July 2024.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
