Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, will announce its Preliminary
Results for the year ended 31 December 2024 on Tuesday 11(th) March 2025.

Andrew Milne, Chief Executive Officer, and David Taylor, Interim Finance
Director, will provide a live presentation via Investor Meet Company at 10am
GMT on Wednesday 12(th) March 2025.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
