Grant of Options

Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that on 16 March
2026 it made awards of nil cost options over ordinary shares of 10p each
("Awards" and "Ordinary Shares") to certain directors and persons discharging
managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") of the Company.

 

The Awards have been granted over a maximum number of Ordinary Shares shown
below. The Award is being made following completion of the financial year
ending 31 December 2025 pursuant to the terms of the Nichols Hybrid Incentive
Plan. The Awards will vest on the second anniversary of the date of grant,
subject to the continued employment of the PDMR with the Group. No other
performance conditions apply.
