Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, will announce its Preliminary
Results for the year ended 31 December 2023 on Wednesday 6(th) March 2024.

Andrew Milne, Chief Executive Officer, David Taylor, Interim Chief Financial
Officer, and Richard Newman, Chief Financial Officer Designate, will provide a
live presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform at 4.30pm GMT on
Wednesday 6(th) March 2024.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
