    ** Co reports Q1 per-share loss of 61 cents vs. EPS est. of
$1.67 
    ** Q1 NII down $11 mln at $57 mln from Q4 2022
    ** Sets aside $3.1 mln to cover loan losses in Q1 vs $1.9 in
Q4
    ** "We expect our net interest margin to increase for at
least the next few quarters" -CEO Mike Daniels 
    ** Shares down ~30% YTD
