A$0.970, biggest intraday gain since Dec. 14
    ** Education provider says it has reached a financial close
with National Australia Bank  NAB.AX  on its A$67 mln($43.59
mln) debt facility
    ** Co adds Busy Bees Australia has extended the term of
management agreement with Nido from Oct 21 to June 30, 2025
    ** Stock down 7% YTD
