** Childhood education and care service firm buys unidentified child-care service for A$2.4 mln ($1.54 mln) from its incubator pipeline

** Trading volume at around 352,499 shares, compared with the 30-day average of 190,388 shares

** YTD, stock down 13.1%, including session's gains
