Barrio Familia Group Watford Opening

 

Nightcap (AIM: NGHT), the owner of The Cocktail Club, the Adventure Bar Group
and the Barrio Familia Group of bars, is pleased to announce another new
opening for Barrio in Watford, northwest of London.

The substantial ground and first floor character building is located at
Bosley's, 107-115 The Parade, Watford, WD17 1LU and comprises a total area
measuring approximately 7,825 square feet, in addition to a large outside
terrace area.  It has a 01:00 am license Thursday, Friday and Saturday, a
12:00 am license Monday to Wednesday and a 23:30 pm license on Sunday. The
venue will open later this year.

The new opening in Watford is the second new opening for Barrio Familia Group
announced in recent weeks following the announcement of its Covent Garden
opening and will be the second new opening since it was acquired by Nightcap,
taking the total number of Barrio sites within the Group to six.

Nightcap now has 37 sites within its estate and a further 19 premises under
offer or in legal negotiations for all its brands.
