Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

 

Further to the Company's announcement on 22 May 2024 in relation to its
proposed fundraising of up to £3.5 million, Nightcap (AIM: NGHT), the owner
and operator of 46 premium bars, announces that a circular, which includes a
notice convening a general meeting, has been sent to shareholders and will
also be available on the Company's website at www.nightcapplc.com/

The general meeting will take place at 10:00 a.m. on 11 June 2024 at the
offices of Allenby Capital Limited at 5 St. Helen's Place, London, EC3A 6AB.
