Tonight Josephine Bristol opening

Nightcap (AIM: NGHT), the owner of The Cocktail Club, the Adventure Bar Group
and the Barrio Familia group of bars, is pleased to announce another new
opening in Bristol for its Tonight Josephine brand.

The latest lease signed at 28 Baldwin Street, Bristol, BS1 1NG is the fourth
site for the Group in Bristol, following recent openings for The Cocktail Club
and Blame Gloria.  The venue is the largest Tonight Josephine site to date
with a capacity of 450 split across a ground floor and basement with an
additional outside terraced area.  The site measures approximately 7,824
square feet in total.  Its licensed hours are 2:00 am Sunday to Thursday and
3:00 am Friday and Saturday. The venue will open later this year.

Tonight Josephine Bristol will be the third confirmed new opening for the
brand this year, following its successful opening in Cardiff and recent lease
signing in Liverpool. It will be the fourth Tonight Josephine venue outside of
London and the seventh in total.  It takes the total number of Adventure Bar
Group sites to 13 in total.

Nightcap now has 34 sites within its estate and a further 22 premises under
offer or in legal negotiations for all of its brands and continues to see
favourable market conditions for site acquisitions across the UK.

 

Nightcap Bar Academy

Nightcap is also excited to announce the launch of the Nightcap Bar Academy
(the "Academy"), as its dedicated training hub.  The Academy will be led by
Creative Director and winner of the 2008 World's Best Bartender award, JJ
Goodman.  The Academy will be the central point for training across the
Group, for both new and existing teams.

A dedicated facility, located in Camden Market, the Academy will provide in
depth training for all staff members to improve their skills and deliver
consistent levels of excellence and customer service across the estate. It is
envisaged that the Academy will function as a central hub to improve both
recruitment and retention, as Nightcap continues to open bars and seek out and
train the best talent in the sector across the UK.
