** Shares of IT services co NIIT NIIT.NS jump 11.7% to
session's high of 113.3 rupees
** Co posted Q4 consol net profit of 113.9 mln rupees ($1.4
mln), versus loss of 94.5 mln rupees a year ago
** Stock was trading flat ahead of results
** On track to log busiest trading day since mid-Feb,
volumes at 12.8x the 30-day avg
** Stock down 3.1% YTD, including session's gains
($1 = 83.0700 Indian rupees)
