NIIT.NS rise as much as 12.87% to 331.9 rupees, their biggest
intraday pct gain since March 22
** Stock hits highest since Sept. 20
** Co said late on Friday its unit has acquired 100%
membership interest in St. Charles Consulting Group Llc for
$23.428 million
** St. Charles Consulting Group is U.S.-based co that
provides business consultation and services
** NIIT set to rise for a sixth straight session
** More than 3 million shares change hands by 0618 GMT, 8.8x
30-day avg of 338,818 shares
** Stock down 34.84% YTD up to last close
