** Shares of NIIT Learning Systems  NIIL.NS  jumps 14% to
480 rupees
    ** NIIL's Dec-qtr consolidated net profit surges 23.3%,
while revenue rises 7.7%  
    ** More than 763,000 shares trade, 3.6x the 30-day average
volume
    ** Stock set to snap three straight sessions of losses, if
gains hold 
    ** Shares up 3% so far this month, on track for their third
