India's NIIT Learning Systems up after Q4 profit rises marginally

** Shares of NIIT Learning Systems  NIIL.NS  up 1.3% at
458.90 rupees, after rising as much as 3.7% earlier in the
session
    **  NIIL provider reports nearly 1% Y/Y growth in
consolidated net profit, while rev from ops up 3.2% Y/Y
    ** Co also declares final dividend of 2.75 rupees/share for
FY2024    
    ** Trading vol at 1.2x the 30-day daily avg
    ** Stock up 4.7% YTD
