BUZZ-Nike rises; names Pfizer exec David Denton as CFO ** Nike NKE.N shares up 1.3% at $42.92 in extended trading
** Co names David Denton as CFO, replacing Matthew Friend
** Denton, 60, joins Nike from Pfizer PFE.N, where he has been the finance chief since May 2022
** The footwear maker says Denton's appointment is effective August 17
** Up to last close, stock down ~33% this year
