A$0.780, their biggest intraday pct gain since March 6 
    ** Carbon material producer signs non-binding memorandum of
understanding (MoU) with Germany-headquartered SLM Solutions
Group AG  AM3D.DE  (SLM), a global provider of integrated metal
additive manufacturing solutions  
    ** Says MOU signed for potential supply of spherical
titanium metal powders from co's planned titanium demonstration
facility in Virginia to SLM
    ** More than 337,000 shares change hands, vs 30-day average
volume of 211,000 shares
    ** Stock has risen 9.4% this year, as of last close
