Block Listing Application

 

10 April 2025

NIOX Group plc today announces that an application has been made to the London
Stock Exchange for a block admission of 6,862,848 ordinary shares of 0.08
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on
AIM.

These Ordinary Shares will be issued, as and when required, pursuant to the
exercise of options under the 2022 Performance Share Plan Scheme.

It is expected that admission of the newly block listed Ordinary Shares will
become effective on 16 April 2025. When issued, the Ordinary Shares will
rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
