Block Listing Application

 

16 March 2026

NIOX Group plc today announces that an application has been made to the London
Stock Exchange for a block admission of 4,919,318 ordinary shares of 0.08
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on
AIM.

These Ordinary Shares will be issued, as and when required, pursuant to the
exercise of options under the following schemes:

 NIOX 2023 PSP  4,919,318
 Total          4,919,318

 

It is expected that admission of the newly block listed Ordinary Shares will
become effective on 20 March 2026. When issued, the Ordinary Shares will
rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
