Block Listing Cancellation and Interim Review
Oxford, UK - 2 April 2026: NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX) makes the following
notification pursuant to Schedule Six of the AIM Rules for Companies regarding
its existing block listing arrangements.
It also announces that applications have been made for certain of its share
schemes and the relevant block listings to be cancelled, as set out below.

Cancelled block listings
NIOX currently has 382,679 ordinary shares of £0.0008 each, which are block
listed in relation to share schemes where all outstanding options have now
been exercised, or have lapsed, and the scheme has closed. These plans are:
Circassia 2015 Performance Share Plan Scheme; NIOX 2022 Deferred Share Bonus
Plan; NIOX 2021 Save As You Earn Scheme (US); NIOX 2022 Save As You Earn
Scheme (UK), and; NIOX 2019 Performance Share Plan Scheme (numbered 1 to 5
below). As a result, application has been made for the block listings
associated with these schemes to be cancelled.
The Company has made no allotments under these plans since the last block
listing return was released on 1 October 2025.
A final block listing return is set out below in relation to the cancelled
share schemes.
Please note, this is the final return for these block listings. No further
shares will be allotted pursuant to this block listing.
