Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Oxford, UK - 5 April 2024: NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX) announces that today,
Michael Roller, Chief Financial Officer, sold a total of 30,000 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 63.75p per share and purchased into an ISA a total of
30,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 63.85p per share.

 

 

Resulting interests

Following this transaction, Michael Roller continues to hold 748,174 Ordinary
Shares. This equates to 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
