NIOX Group plc (the "Company") today announces that its Notice of 2024 Annual
General Meeting has been published on the Company's

with copies of the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts, have been posted to
shareholders who have requested hard copies.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday 22 May 2024
at the Company's registered office: Hayakawa Building, Edmund Halley Road,
Oxford Science Park, Oxford, OX4 4GB.
