Oxford, UK - 15 April 2025: NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX) today announces that
its Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting has been published on the Company's
website: www.investors.niox.com (http://www.investors.niox.com) . This and
copies of the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts have been posted to shareholders
who have requested hard copies.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on Wednesday 14 May 2025 at
the Company's Registered Office: Magdalen Centre, 1 Robert Robinson Ave, The
Oxford Science Park, Oxford, England, OX4 4GA.
