Nippon Active Value Fund plc (the "Company") announces that it is satisfied
that all inside information which the Directors and the Company may have to
the date of this announcement has previously been notified to a regulatory
information service, and that any such inside information arising prior to the
date of the announcement of the Company's Half Yearly Financial Report for the
six months ended 30 June 2025 (the "Interim Results Announcement Date") will
be notified to a regulatory information service prior to the Interim Results
Announcement Date.

The Company is, on that basis, not prohibited from repurchasing its own
securities, or issuing new securities, during the closed period which ends on
the Interim Results Announcement Date.
