India's Nirman Agri hits record high on seed marketing deal

9% to a record 281.45 rupees
    ** Co said it signed a deal with Agrolife Science for
co-marketing seeds; estimates minimum addition of 150 mln rupees
to topline per annum
    ** Stock on track to rise for fourth straight session, if
trend holds
    ** 37,800 shares change hands as of 12:08 p.m. IST, nearly
twice the 30-day moving average
    ** Stock, which debuted late March, has nearly tripled its
listing price
