** Shares of tiles and marble maker NITCO Ltd  NCOT.NS  rise
as much as 13% to 29.55 rupees, biggest intraday pct gain since
Dec. 7
    ** Shares hit highest level since Dec. 8
    ** Enters settlement with the labour union at Alibaug plant,
provides due compensation to workers, co said on Monday
    ** Co says both parties withdrew all cases
    ** Stock has been trading above the 50-day, 100-day and
200-day moving avgs since Dec. 8
    ** More than 319,000 shares change hands as of 01:09 p.m.
IST vs 30-day avg of 125,540 shares
    ** Up to last day's close, stock has fallen 15.2% YTD
