** Shares of construction engineering consultant WAC
Holdings Ltd 8619.HK jump 200 pct on trading debut to HK$0.60
from their IPO price
** Company offered 288 mln shares at HK$0.20 apiece in IPO,
of which 10 pct was earmarked for retail investors; retail
portion of the IPO was significantly over-subscribed (https://bit.ly/2xs4FBs)
** Proceeds to be used to hire more employees and to expand
company's building repairs service
** Broader Hong Kong benchmark index .HSI falls 1.7 pct
