** Shares of Niva Bupa Health Insurance (NIVA.NS) fell 11% to ₹82, marking the steepest drop since its listing in November

** About 1 mln shares were sold at 82 rupees in a block deal on the BSE, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Two investors, Fettle Tone and Krishnan Ramachandran, launched $126 mln block in co at a floor price of 82 rupees, IFR reported

     ** Sale at 11% discount to last close of 92.29 rupees

     ** Stock has gained 18% from its listing price in November
