** Nkarta Inc's  NKTX.O  slips ~4% in extended trading as co
seeks equity after seeing its stock more than double on Mon
    ** NKTX surged 140.9% to close at $18.72 after co said
experimental cell therapy treatments showed promise in patients

    ** Co said the drugs, NKX101 and NKX019, were well
tolerated, with no reports of side effects associated with CAR-T
cell therapies, such as cytokine release syndrome or graft
versus host disease

    ** Cowen, SVB Securities and Evercore jt bookrunners for
offering, which is slated to price overnight/before the bell
