** Shares of NLC India  NLCI.NS  up 6% at 237.25 rupees,
after hitting highest levels since Jan 2008 earlier in session
    ** Reuters could not determine a reason for the lignite
miner's stock move
    ** NLCI up for third-straight session, during which it has
gained ~20% and is set for best 3-day run since May 2021
    ** Stock also on track for best monthly gain since May 2009
and quarterly gain since Q4 of calendar year 2007
    ** Over 10.6 mln shares change hands, 2.2x 30-day avg
    ** Stock up ~175% this year, set for third year of growth
and its best year since 2007
