** Shares of NLC India  NLCI.NS  up 6.3% at 248.5 rupees
    ** Coal miner says its JV unit got approval from India's
Ministry of Coal for implementation of Pachwara South Coal Block
project at approx cost of 22.43 bln rupees ($269.2 mln)
    ** Says unit is also in the process of approving three 660
megawatt Ghatampur thermal power plants in Uttar Pradesh state
    ** Stock on track for best day in a month and is at highest
level in two months
    ** Stock up 11% this week, set for best week since late Dec,
2023
