April 5 (Reuters) - Singapore Exchange's regulatory arm on
Thursday asked Noble Group's NOBG.SI senior creditors to
assess the commodity trader's restructuring plans to "ensure
parity in the treatment of all shareholders".
"SGX RegCo (Singapore Exchange Regulation) will not hesitate
to register its concerns about the Alternative Restructuring -
in its current form - with the relevant administrator to be
appointed should Noble Group be placed in administration," the
regulatory body said. urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN1RI09D
In March, Noble said it had got support from a majority of
its senior creditors for its restructuring plan, and that it was
in talks with others, as it races to launch a deal crucial to
its survival. urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL3N1QW1Q7
