Directorate appointment
Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Harish Chandra Mathur to the Board of Directors. His appointment, as an Executive Director and CEO of the Company will be effective October 1 2011.
Mr. Mathur, aged 61, has been CEO of the Company since October 1 2010 and has significant expertise in the management of toll roads and bridges.
Mr Mathur is also Chief Executive of IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd. IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd. is a substantial shareholder of Noida and holds c. 25.35% of the share capital of the Company.
