Dividend Declaration
The Board of Directors of Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited is pleased to announce a proposed final dividend of 10% (equivalent to Re. 1.00 per share) for the financial year 2012-13, subject to approval by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 September 2013. The dividend will be paid to the Shareholders who appear on the Register of Members on 20 September 2013 and will be paid on or around 22 October 2013.
