Dividend Declaration
The Board of Directors of Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited is pleased to announce an interim dividend of 15% (equivalent to Re. 1.50 per share of Rs. 10/- each) for the Financial Year 2013-14. The dividend will be paid to the Shareholders who appear on the Register of Members on March 14, 2014 and will be paid on March 24, 2014.
