Dividend Declaration
The Board of Directors of Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited is pleased to announce a proposed final dividend of 25% (Re. 2.50 per share of Rs. 10/- each including the interim dividend paid in March 2014) for the financial year 2013-14, subject to approval by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 September 2014. The dividend will be paid to the Shareholders who appear on the Register of Members on 19 September 2014 and will be paid on or around 18 October 2014.
