Dividend Declaration
The Board of Directors of the Company has approved an Interim Dividend of 10 % (Re. 1/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each) to the Equity Shareholders of the Company, for the Financial Year 2014- 2015.
Dividend will be paid to the members appearing in the Registers of the Company as on the Record Date (November 14, 2014) on 2 December 2014.
