Dividend Declaration
The Board of Directors of Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited is pleased to announce an interim dividend of 15% (equivalent to Re. 1.50/- per share of Rs. 10/- each) for the Financial Year 2015-16. The dividend will be paid on March 31, 2016 to the Shareholders who appear on the Register of Members on March 18, 2016. The ex-dividend date will be 17 March 2016.
