Dividend Declaration
Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a final dividend of 30% equivalent to Rs 3/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (inclusive of interim dividend of 15% already paid in March 2016), to the equity shareholders of the Company, for the Financial Year 2015- 2016, for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
