On June 29, 2016, the Company was notified of the transfer of 1,900,000 ordinary shares in Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited on June 28, 2016 from Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) to its subsidiary IL & FS Transportation Networks Limited (ITNL).

As a result of this transaction, the shareholding of IL&FS in the Company has come down to zero and ITNL's holding in the Company has increased from 25.35% to 26.37%.
