("NTBCL" or the "Company")
Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited announces that the Company's Nominated Adviser Canaccord Genuity Limited served notice of its intention to resign earlier in 2013. The final day of the notice period is 20 March 2013 and if another Nominated Adviser is not appointed by 21 March 2013, trading in the Company's AIM securities will be suspended. If within one month of that suspension the Company has failed to appoint a replacement Nominated Adviser, the admission of its AIM securities will be cancelled.
