Update re Court Ruling
Further to the announcement dated 28 October 2016, stating that the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India was expected to deliver an interim order after the Diwali break, the Board of Noida would like to announce that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has issued an Interim Order dated 11.11.2016 in the case of NTBCL v. FONRWA & Ors. (the "Case"). 
The Hon'ble Supreme Court has sought assistance of the Comptroller Auditor General of India ("CAG") to submit a Report regarding the correctness of the Petitioner's claim that the Total Cost of the Project has not been recovered as per the Concession Agreement. The CAG has been directed to submit its report within four weeks. No interim relief has been granted as the Company can be compensated by extension of time, if it succeeds in its appeal. The Hon'ble Supreme Court has also issued Notices to all respondents to the Case.
