Nokian Tyres reports slight profit miss for third quarter

Oct 28 (Reuters) - Finland's Nokian Tyres TYRES.HE reported a third-quarter operating profit slightly below market expectations on Tuesday, and warned that trade and tariff uncertainties may cause volatility in the tyre maker's business environment.
