Director Declaration
Norcros, a market leading supplier of high quality and innovative bathroom and kitchen products, announces that Alison Littley, a non-executive director of the Company, will be appointed on 1 May 2020 as a non-executive director of Xaar plc, an inkjet printhead developer and manufacturer headquartered in Cambridge, England.
Separately, Alison Littley has also notified the Company that she will cease to be a non-executive director of Weightmans LLP, the UK law firm, effective 30 June 2020.   
This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14R.
