Announcement of Share Capital Consolidation
Following the approval by Shareholders of the proposed consolidation of 1p ordinary shares into ordinary shares of 10p at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 22 July 2015, the Company today provides an update in respect of the Share Capital Consolidation.
The timetable of principal events is as follows:
29 September 2015 Record date
30 September 2015 Effective date and credit of New Ordinary Shares to CREST accounts at 8.00am
14 October 2015         Posting of share certificates to paper holders
The Existing Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each with ISIN GB00B1Y9V062 will be amended to New Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each with the new ISIN GB00BYYJL418. They will continue to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities and on the premium listing segment of the Official List.
